A child-resistant zipper, also called a baby-proof zipper, is built so that young children find it harder to open the pouch than with an ordinary zipper, while adults can still open and reclose it. We make it in 17 mm and 23 mm PE.

An honest note on testing
How child-resistant a finished pouch is depends on the whole pack: the zipper, the film, the pouch format and how it is opened. Packs for regulated products are normally verified by testing against the relevant standard. We are happy to discuss your requirement.
